BRAINSPOTTING

Brainspotting is a focused and efficient neuropsychological method of treatment developed by David Grand, Ph.D. It works by identifying, processing, and releasing neuropsychological sources of physical, emotional, and trauma pain that may be out of reach of the patient's conscious mind and their cognitive ability.

It functions as a supportive neurobiological tool without neglecting the warm and mature therapeutic presence, with the capacity to encourage the suffering client to invest in a secure relationship of trust in which they feel heard, accepted and understood.
